Hello Parnell,
I wanted to pass along feedback on the doors and frames in our new office.
While sitting at the reception desk looking around at the space, one detail stood out to me that previously I had not noticed.
I realized that consistently, the doors and frame veneers lined up perfectly, despite significant graining variation!
Then walking around, I noticed that ALL of the veneer doors and frames were fabricated and installed in this impeccable manner.
I was stunned by this attention to detail! I have been in the design and construction industry for 25+ years and this was one of the best examples of workmanship I have seen.
This workmanship should be recognized. Bravo!
Hi Parnell:
I do want to thank you and your team for the
spectacular work you did. I have been remiss in making sure the
quality and workmanship was recognized. I receive many, many
compliments on the bookshelves. Bless you for all the great work.
Mike and I are going to take a break for a couple of weeks. We are
hanging up our "gone fishin'" sign.
Many thanks to you and
to Ben (who was a delight to work with).
Hi Ben:

above with all you did to make our project a success. Your customer service and willingness to help,
went a long way to alleviating a lot of stress for us. You, Ben, were amazing. You gave us confidence
that you would meet our expectations, just in the way you dealt with us.
At the end of the day, you were instrumental in helping us achieve our vision and for that we cannot
thank you enough.
Thank you.
